Where is AIYA Dubai based?

AIYA is based in heart of Dubai.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

If you need to change your order, please contact us at info@aiyadubai.com at earliest convenience. We cannot guarantee that the request can be made since the orders are processed and shipped out on daily basis.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Please contact us at info@aiyadubai.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Since the orders are processed and shipped out on daily basis, we cannot guarantee that the request can be made.

What if received item is damaged?

All items prior to shipment goes under quality checks. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@aiyadubai.com within 24 hours from receipt of the order. To solve your problem in efficient way, do not forget to attach a clear photo of the damaged item.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We offer major payment methods as Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

SHIPPING

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. There you will find the link and by clicking it you will be redirected to the courier website where you will be able to follow the shipment. For detailed information, visit our Shipping Policy.

What Shipping Carriers do you use?

We are partner with Aramex for all domestic and worldwide shipments.

What if my parcel is missing or lost?

If your order has been lost or stolen, please contact us at info@aiyadubai.com. Do not forget to provide your Order Number to help our team solve the problem in the most efficient way.

How can I change my Shipping Adress?

The shipping country can never be change, however if you need to modify or change delivery address please contact us at earliest convenience at info@aiyadubai.com. Since the orders are processed and shipped out on daily basis, we cannot guarantee that the request can be made.

My package is missing or is lost?

In case that your order has been lost or missing, please contact us at info@aiyadubai.com . It is necessary to provide your Order Number to help our team solve the problem efficiently.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Custom Duties and Taxes are not presented in final price at checkout. Before placing order please check local taxes and custom duties of the domestic regulation since they differentiate in accordance with the domestic regulations of the destination Country and therefore they are at expense of customer and non-refundable.

RETURNS

How can I return my order?

Only items that meet all of our return conditions are eligible to be returned within 14 days from the date the order is received. For detailed information, please check our full Return Policy.

How long is the return process?

Once the return is received, the items undergo a quality check which can take 3 to 5 business days. If the return meets our return standards you will be refunded on the payment method used for the purchase within 10 working days. The refund process duration might be subject to origin country of the bank.

Can I exchange a dress?

To change size or different model, we suggest to return unwanted item first for refund and then place a new order on the website.

What to do if my request for return has not been approved by your Return Policy?

AIYA Dubai reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our Return Policy. In that cases, customer is obliged to organize pickup of refused package from our office within 14 days of our notification.
